My students are bright, fun, and cheery! They always have smiles on their faces. In my school, more than half of the kindergarten class came in at least a year behind. We are a Title I school, and my students have a low economic status.
My students are always ready to learn.
They have the best attitudes and will always give you 100%! My students are happy five year olds who want to learn and want the chance to learn.
My Project
Our kids come to school with many emotions they have but do not know how to control them. I want to use these books to teach them how to control their feelings and take notice of them. I also wanted to teach them about how to interact with others and how to use those feelings to interact.
My goal is to have students become aware of their own feelings and control their emotions.
These several storybooks will help fill in gaps in my social-emotional library and will help me enrich my lessons.
