This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students need the Luna projection document camera! This document camera will allow for us to share our work and materials such as math manipulatives or books with the whole class as they are projected on the board for all students to see.

I teach twenty wonderful and very energetic first graders.

My class is full of many different learning styles and needs. As my school is in the process of providing a Smart Board for every room, I would like to get a jump start in providing my students with a document camera. This camera would give ALL of my students a chance to show off their work or math strategy for all their friends to see.

My Project

A document camera would ensure students' learning in all areas. Document cameras enable students to visually access information during lessons in a variety of ways. Students will be able to see me solve problems as well as observe how their classmates solve problems. This camera would be an awesome way for my students to be more enthusiastic about showing off their work.

Having a document camera in my classroom will give my students an opportunity to learn and grow through technology.

My kids love technology and showing off their work to their friends.... AND a document camera can do BOTH! Thank you!!
