Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I work at a school where about 90% of our students come from low-income homes. A lot of our students are transient students and unfortunately don't have a lot of the learning materials they would need in a classroom setting. However, that does not stop their love of learning! They are a fun-loving and hilarious class, who constantly keep me on my toes!

I want to be able to give all of my students' the resources and opportunities they deserve.

Whether this be through materials, manipulatives, technology, food, or basic living essentials, I want to give my students everything they could possibly need to succeed. They deserve every opportunity in the world, so they can learn and grow into better students and leaders.

My Project

My students absolutely love new and fun lessons in the classroom. I try to bring fresh and fun concepts to the lessons I teach during the day. During my time teaching, Teachers Pay Teachers has provided me with opportunities to bring my students just that! I cannot tell you a time where I am not finding resources on TPT every week to incorporate in my classroom.

Whether it be through classroom management resources, curriculum extensions, review games, or many, many more, TPT has never let my class down.

I would love the opportunity to be able to bring even more of these resources to my students and classroom. The ideas and resources are endless!
