My students are amazing, resilient and hard working. Despite our remote location, they challenge themselves every day. I am proud to watch them grow intellectually, emotionally, and physically. Together we empower each other.
In our class, we build, taste, blend, concoct, dissect, observe, and learn by doing, and with your help, we will continue to help our students gain the knowledge, skills, and experiences they need to be successful in school and throughout their lives.

The goal of this project is to introduce students to Resistance and Strength Training as an alternative, as well as addition to Weight Training.
Done properly, strength training can: Strengthen bones, help promote healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels, help increase muscle strength and endurance, help protect muscles and joints from sports-related injuries, help improve performance in nearly any sport, and help individuals maintain a healthy weight.
Using the Resistance Bands and Speed Reaction Cords, we will focus on performance improvements in muscular strength, muscular endurance, speed and agility, balance and stability, and coordination.
With your help, we will create a physical environment to give our students the training and knowledge that they need to take their Health and Fitness to the next level.
