Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I am trying to reinvent teaching and make virtual art engaging and fun. I am planning lessons were my students can be gear up to expand their imagination and creativity. Their minds are sponges and require quality instruction to keep them focus and help to reach their maximum potential. Providing them with the proper and variety of material will not only support their curiosity but also will help to facilitate the process and to achieve a better product.
My students age range between 3 to 5, where the children express their ideas and emotion through art as a first form of verbal communication.
Engaging with different art activities during early childhood, will not only influence the achievement of present learning outcomes but also enable behaviors and attitudes that will support future learning.
Giving children a range of artistic experiences and opportunities is essential as art education is a primary resource for their overall development and learning.
My Project
Little kids learn by observing and touching, with the new teaching reinvention is necessary to have visual resources to support students learning.
Books will play a great part in the teaching process.
Colorful and texture visuals will be an excellent tools for the students to compare and discover the world around them.
Connecting visual art with the aid of reading aloud has proven to expand the imagination and creativity of the students. I will empower my lessons with books and visuals to lead the little one throughout this new experience.
