I teach music at an elementary school. We have no music textbooks and we need lesson visuals to aid my students: reproducible music, chord charts, guitar TAB, images of composers, note reading examples, and more.
My students love their music classes and I'm always trying to find new ways to inspire them.
Our new Music Standards have each grade learning about different types of music: Civil War Music to Now, Patriotic Music, Music Around the World, Holiday Music, etc. I also have visuals to use with our recorder and guitar students.
My Project
My students need to see printed visuals: I need printer ink, paper & cardstock to print lesson visuals for our music classes. I will be putting together lessons for my students that require a variety of printed visuals. These are on CDs that have come with the lessons and need to be printed off, or are visuals that I have created. The activities will consist of games, music reading, recorder and guitar visuals, pictures of composers, and center materials for my Kindergarten to 5th Grade Students.
Your gift to this project will allow me to create center binders.
I will be able to prepare needed lesson visuals to help my students in note reading, music history & culture, and classroom visuals that aid in the lessons that are taught.
