Help me give my students books that provide independence in reading! As students begin to gain the strategies to read, their hunger for books on their level increases.
It’s a new school year, which means a new class full of excited students ready to learn! The class has a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds. The diverse needs makes our classroom unique. Each student is welcome to be themselves and express who they are through their traditions.

My Project
I am in need of leveled books on levels C and up. I have many books for students on level A and B, but am lacking those at higher levels. This limits the books I can send home to assist parents in practicing with their children.
The partnership between parent and teacher is imperative when it comes to each child's success, especially in reading.
When it comes to leveled readers, these are the greatest asset in fostering independence in student reading.
These books will be used to send home in the students' books bag as a way to continue the school and home partnership to the benefit of each child.
