My Students
My students are resilient, brave, character building, motivators who inspire me every day to be a better person. They are creative, passionate, and determined visionaries in a world that seems to be trying to keep them down at every turn.
They are the future of this district, this nation, and this world who, given the opportunity, can lead us toward a better tomorrow.
I love these kids with all of my heart and am honored that they call me Ms. Stevenson.
My Project
With this project I would like to use the power of technology and food to improve my students' productivity. The headphones and splitters play a huge role in maintaining my self paced blended learning classroom structure. Students can work independently or collaboratively on lessons created and recorded by me.
The breakfast foods help combat hunger in the classroom.
I have students who come from disadvantaged households in addition to them being at a pivotal point in their growth and adolescence. This means that they are always hungry. Students are able to focus and comprehend more when they do not have to ignore hunger pains or a growling stomach.
