Help me give my students Ozobot robots to continue their Computer Science education. Computer Science experiences will prepare our students for 21st Century job skills.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
As a teacher in a low income/high-poverty, I want to make my teaching meaningful and engaging for my students everyday. They love to interact with the lesson, move and be creative. They love to read, create fun videos and collaborate with each other. In a creative and positive way, I give these students a look at what is possible outside of their home lives and their limited experiences. They are smart and I know they can do anything if we believe in them.
The Ozobot robots are simple devices that are programmable using special markers. The markers help the robot perform a variety of tasks. These are ideal for primary students because there is a minimal amount of instruction needed to dive into coding the robots. Students will work in collaborative groups to problem solve and complete tasks. The tasks will be differentiated to create more complex tasks such as turns, spins, or reversals into the path of created code.
The simple task of coding a robot will teach persistence and collaboration, these are 21st century skills that are necessary for our students to succeed!
