My students are energetic, full of life, and they love to learn. They come from various backgrounds, ethnicities, and cultural experiences. Although they have distinctive qualities, one quality supersedes all differences. My students love learning, and they are always interested in learning new things. All my students eat free lunches and come from working class families. Some of my students participate in the Food Backpack program, where they take food home over the weekend. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My Project
Research is very difficult for my students. I want my students to celebrate National Women History Month by reading the "Who Is" books about women. I want my students to know how important women are in our history and how women will lead in our future. The whiteboards and markers will be offered to students, so they may work where they are comfortable. The donations to this project will help to improve my students' understanding of women history and competency in authentic, meaningful writing for their research. As the teacher, I have done extensive research and reading in my studies and I see my students struggle to begin research projects. Yet I truly need your support to make this a reality. Thanks!
