Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These materials are extremely necessary for all students of all ages. When students are able to have their basic needs met, they are able to come into class with their minds ready to learn. These materials will not only be used to help my terrific ten year-olds but many other students within our school. Ninety-percent of the students at Elaine Wynn Elementary qualify for free or reduced lunch, this means that our families sometimes need a little extra help in areas such as hygiene.

Too often children come to school feeling bad or less than due to their hygiene.

It is important that, if we are able, we help them and their families receive the proper resources for success. Please take time and donate what you can!
