Help me give my students a great year despite the current status for learning (Hybrid/Virtual) with a FlexSpace Mobile Student Work Organizer and Bouncy Bands.
Resilient, enthusiastic, and eager to learn; my students have not given up on their learning during the pandemic. My students are creative, collaborative, and community-oriented 4th graders. Throughout virtual learning, they have missed sharing their knowledge and ideas with each other.
Students miss being able to move around and collaborate with one another in different spots in the classroom.
My students started the school year completely virtually but have been lucky enough to transition back to working in the classroom twice a week. While my students are so excited to be back in school, the classroom isn’t the same place it used to be. Many procedures have changed such as keeping all supplies separate, not using lockers, and not being able to keep anything in student desks. Mailbox organizers will allow students to each have a place to house their folders and supplies that stay in the classroom. I am also asking for more pencils, dry erase markers, and highlighters since those are consumable materials now.
My Project
These consumable materials will help my students not run out of supplies since we can not share anything. They will be able to keep pencils, markers, and highlighters in their bags and keep some in their mailbox so they have what they need to complete work in each place.
The Apple pencil will help me teach math virtually by allowing me to write on my iPad and share it with the students so they can follow along.
We can work together through the different math steps to solve various problems.
The bouncy bands will help students focus and still have movement while sitting in their desks since we can't move around freely anymore.
