Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Help support the new generation of scientist find cures for diseases.
If were able to take a virtual tour into our school, you'd see that it is made up of a student body who's blend of different backgrounds create a beautiful mosaic of bright minds with the potential to create a wonderful world. That said, a large portion of our students need the right tools to flourish, but lack the financial means to have access to those tools is a factor.
My Project
Our students are a passionate group of kids! Our students have a great foundation to be the next problem solvers in the biomedical field. We need to make it more possible for them to achieve this. Our students need a variety of educational biomedical materials such as lab materials to explore and identify germs that can be harmful to us, lab materials to explore cell structures or even interactive computer software to further explore theses concepts. These materials will expose students to the inquiry and exploration part of science at a young age. These materials will compliment what the students are doing now, further making biomedical science come to life. With your help, they will have a great chance of making the world a better place to live.
