My Students

I teach physical, earth, and life science to approximately 500 multicultural students (grades K-5) in a public school in Philadelphia. Many of my students are underprivileged. I also service a large group of students with special needs, which are included in the regular education science classes.

My students love working with hands-on experiments in science class.

We are learning how science impacts on our daily life. Our school is trying to establish a STEM program to give students the opportunity to engage in science and technology. We are in desperate need of materials to do this.

My students will benefit from your help!

My Project

My class will use our new printer to copy and share our hard work with the rest of the class.

We will be excited to print and display our fabulous work in our science class.

We use programs such as Google Draw to make captivating diagrams of various science topics. Students rarely get the opportunity to see the work of others because of the lack of printing capabilities. Having a printer right their in my classroom will bring such joy to my students. Their creativity and knowledge of a topic will be displayed with pride inside and outside of my classroom, once we have a printer.
