Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
We are planting vegetables, flowers, herbs and plants in our classrooms. We are also going to use what we grow in our classroom in our school garden. This garden will be used by the school community. We will grow and then transfer our plants, flowers, vegetables and herbs to our school garden.
We need pots, garden tools and plants for our hydroponic system.
We will use these garden tools to help with the transfer of the plants, flowers, vegetables, and herbs. We will observe and take care of our plants. We will learn so much throughout this project and have a colorful and fruitful school garden.
