If you are every lucky enough to meet my class you will find beautiful hearts, glorious imaginations and positive outlooks. We are reaching for the stars in Mrs. Frey's classroom. In Mrs. Frey's classroom we want to become the best second graders imaginable one day.

We strive to be the best we can everyday. My students put a huge smile on my face, I truly love them and I want to prepare them for what is to come so their smiles never fade, only continue to glow with excitement.
My Project
As we come to the end of our year I have come to realize that I wasn't able to capture the memories I would have liked to due to lack of technology. Many moments in first grade are magical. Imagine if I was able to capture those and share those with parents and family members?
I would LOVE to add a camera to my classroom along with a picture printer.
Capturing special moments throughout the year will allow the students to reflect on their self-growth through a timeline of pictures. It is magical for parents to see their student's daily activities, that they are enjoying themselves while away from home and the fun within their instruction pieces. A camera will introduce this excitement. It would allow me to make another connection from home to school. It is also important because many families have financial issues and might not be able to capture their children as they grow. This would help with that aspect as well.
