My Students

My school has a strong community of teachers who are always looking for the best ideas and tools possible in order to better prepare our students for their future careers.

My class includes very precocious seven- and eight-year-old children who come to school every day eager to learn and explore.

Many of my students come from low-income households and do not have the resources needed for success outside of school. I believe it is up to their teachers to expose them to the possibilities that their future holds. My students love to be productive members of our classroom!

My Project

My students are in need of good quality headphones that will hold up with the daily use. My students use headphones every day while they use our Chromebooks.

These headphones will help them with required computer programs that are expected to used in the classroom.

Without these headphones, my students struggle to hear anything that is being said on the computer while playing their learning games.

This is one of their favorite parts of the day to get on the Chromebooks and make their brains grow with more learning and in a fun way! While students are working on learning through technology (and listening through headphones), I am able to work in small groups and one-on-one with students and provide valuable assistance more specialized to student need.
