My students need these headphones to be able to listen while using their devices to learn.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
I teach a wonderful group of third graders who defy the odds every day. My school is a Title I school where almost every child deals with poverty. However, they come to school ready to learn and excited for the day! They cherish and appreciate everything given to them and they work super hard. In my classroom, we love to read and use our books to explore different places. Some of my students have never been past our town limits and I want to give them the opportunity to explore in our classroom!
My students are from a low income community, but thankfully our school district provides our student with a 1:1 experience when it comes to technology. Unfortunately, many of my students do not have headphones that can help with their academic growth (hearing the reading, interactive games that help with math and reading), etc. These headphones will be a lot harder to break so that students can keep them the entire year and not just a month. They will also provide a sense of responsibility for the students because the headphones will be their only pair. As the world becomes more and more technologically dependent, the students need to be prepared and able to listen.
