My Project

Our girls' basketball team is unlike any other in our district. They walk onto the court representing countries, religions, and cultures from all around the world. Many players speak at least two languages, and for most of them, representing our school on the basketball court will be their first time playing basketball or any type of organized sports.

These basketballs will help our female basketball players build their skills and their confidence in the game, since they will realize that they are worth buying new, quality equipment for.

For years, they have had to use whatever balls were available--most of which were worn and slippery, several of which had lost their bounce.

Your contribution to this project will ensure that our girls don't give up on this wonderful game and the wonderful experience that they can have from being part of a team.
