My Students

My classroom is made up of children from all over the world who love to learn. But learning is much more difficult when you don't have access to critical resources.

Schools are moving online, but some students are getting left behind.

Quality internet, family members who are available or able to help, pencils, computers and other basic school supplies are not available to most of my kids.

Please help provide books that can be sent to individual students at their home.

My Project

Equal opportunity and access to education cannot be guaranteed when we move schools online. While districts scramble to adapt to our new norm, children of low-income families without are getting left behind.

My students have the motivation to learn, give them the means to.

These kids love to read. Scholastic magazines were hand picked to match students' independent skill level. Each student will receive a packet of Scholastic magazines and accompanying activities that can be completed without access to computers. I will personally provide pencils and sharpeners to each child.
