My Students

I teach world history and AP World History to sophomores. I also teach World History and World Geography to students who are new to the country and are still learning English. Most of my students are sophomores but my students learning English can be any grade level.

My Project

These are some resources that will really help my classroom. I will have the things I need to teach while having more supplies that my students can use to be more proactive and interactive in their learning. Having buzzers for games, indivdiual white boards for activities, play-doh and legos so students can build the places and historical events they are learning about will all make history more alive for them. Finally, buying a class set of a more accesible world history book for my students learning English will help them be able to understand the content better while making much less work for me, because right now I have to write almost all of their readings just so I can make sure they can actually read it.
