Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Most of my students come from the highest rate of poverty in the Common Wealth of Massachusetts. Despite the disadvantages my students face, they should have the opportunity to some of the best resources in the classroom.
My students deserve a first-class education and these resources will help deliver a world-class education.
Please be brave and standout for my students. They face a lot of adversity outside the classroom, with these two devices I can bridge the gap between adversity at home and education at a school.
My Project
My students need these colored pencils and sharpener to make history come alive. I want to transform my history class into a project-based class. My students need more stimulation than lectures; they need to see history through the eyes of an artist. In addition, the headphones will allow students to hear the famous words of our past and improve their lives dramatically.
My art supplies with add another dimension to the classroom experience.
The budget has been slashed for any history supplies due to high stakes testing, these materials will improve my class in many ways. Please help my students have a better experience in history class.
