Help me give my students Chromebooks to create learning opportunities within the history classroom.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
I teach U. S. History and Texas History to 5th and 7th graders. Additionally, I teach ESL for grades 5-8. My students come to class each day ready to learn, but their 21st century learning styles don't always match up with our school's technological abilities. Using Chromebooks in class would open up new opportunities to show what they have learned through the creation of new projects. I would love to be able to provide them with new opportunities to show what they are capable of.
I teach in a small, rural school that suffered during Hurricane Harvey. Many of our students and teachers were displaced as a result of the storm. We have limited technological resources and some of my students do not have Internet access at home. Having access to computers in the classroom would extend our assignments and allow students the opportunity to work on them during class, removing some of the obstacles they face when it comes to turning in work on time and having teacher support throughout the assignment. Any donation you can give is greatly appreciated in helping my students learn about the past using a modern approach.
