My Project

Students would examine women’s rights and roles in colonial America, and their contributions to the Revolutionary War effort. The program would highlight the importance of active citizenship. Audience members would meet and converse with three women, and view a colonial fashion show. This entire presentation will take place virtually.

This performance will challenge students to look at history in a new way, while building on their solid foundation of literature and history.

We believe that the creative virtual lessons taught by Darci will help to stimulate our students in an innovative way. This Zoom presentation touches on the humanities disciplines of history, visual and performing arts, culture, and literature.
