We have great students that are striving to be great musicians. Our building is 75% free and reduced lunch. Our families and community work hard to provide as much as possible for our students, so that band is an accessible class and activity for all.
Our students are involved in many activities other than band.
We have athletes, singers, actors/actresses, dancers, student council members, and more represented in our program.
We hope to provide them as much equipment and resources as we can to help them be successful throughout their four years in our program.
My Project
This project is intended to replace some worn equipment. Like many areas, the cost of music items has been growing over the last decade. The current pandemic has only hastened the rise in price, and limited availability of items needed by many programs throughout the country.
This project will help numerous students in three separate ensembles be able to provide a better experience for our audiences and community.
The better the equipment, the better sound bands are able to get. During this time, many have looked towards music to brighten their day, and we hope to continue that trend for our community.
