My Project
During the third-grade year, students begin to notice how they are similar to and different from their peers. This is the year they really develop self-awareness. This can be difficult for students who struggle with reading since all the "cool" books are written at a higher level.
I want to provide my students that are still developing their reading skills with books that look interesting and are related to an age-appropriate topic, but are at a level that they can actually read independently. Help me give them this ability to fit in with peers but practice books at their own levels.
