I am a teacher in a low-income/high poverty school district. My students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. I have several students who struggle with learning disabilities. I am looking to provide my students with a creative and meaningful learning experience.
My students are creative and love to learn.
They just need materials that suit their variety of learning differences. We all learn differently and need a variety of materials to do so. We will truly appreciate any help that is provided with funding this project.
My Project
I wish more students had the opportunity to read at home, but they don't, so it is important for students to be able to read in school. It is important to offer a wide variety of books to catch the interest of every student. Goosebumps books to Big Nate books ...yes they are very different but being able to catch that hard-to-please student is my goal! I survived books teach our kids about events that have occurred! I want to see all my students excited about reading! These books will go in our classroom library.
