Helping the Classroom, One Chromebook at a Time!

My students need HP Chromebooks so they are able to complete projects, assignments, and research. With 35 students, our computer lab does not fit all of us. This would greatly help my students with their academics.

My Students

I teach in a small rural Title 1 school. Several of my students come from a broken home or homes with very little to no income. The town is a very small town. The school is the heart and soul of the community. We are a Pre-K - 12th grade building. The Elementary has roughly 250 students total.

This year's class is full of energy!

I am the only 5th grade teacher. I have 12 girls and 23 boys. They are a very sweet class. They love learning new concepts and working hard. I love to watch their excitement when learning something new and finally figuring out a new skill! This classroom is a safe place for my students. The students can be themselves and show who they really are, and know they are loved.

My Project

I have 35 students, we are a small Title 1 school with a small computer lab and limited availability. With this large of class my students cannot all work at the same time. With the addition of these two HP Chromebooks, all of my students will be able to complete tasks AT THE SAME TIME!

Being the only 5th grade teacher, it is difficult to keep everyone on task when they are not able to use the technology at hand.

With the Chromebooks, I will be able to monitor students and keep them on task and they will be able to do their research and projects in a timely manner.
