My students are very unique. It's something different about each one of them but they are also so alike. They all are cut in different shapes to fit the puzzle of my heart. They come from challenging backgrounds, but we are not going to let that stop us.
They are trying very hard to beat the odds.
They are my Kenely Kids! I love each and every one of them as my own child. They are a little behind but I believe with the right resources and supplies they will have a better chance at being successful this school year.
My Project
Our children need things to help them enjoy school. Different books that can make reading fun and interesting. Pens and markers they can use when they are in groups or even when they are working independently. Each item will help build up our groups and also help with things they need to be successful.
These materials will help our students be more hands-on in centers, groups, classwork, and retooling.
They will have the opportunity to watch things grow and change. Interesting domes to help them see exactly how a plant is alive and each part of a plant transform and change. Help them have what they need in groups and centers. Books that are interesting for downtime once work is complete, as well as the items to use when we are doing labs or even writing centers.
