My students need sturdy, wireless headphones to use with classroom iPads.

It is my joy to work with students that come from very diverse backgrounds. My school is a special place. At our Title 1 school, over 90% of our students qualify for free lunch. All faculty and staff are committed to providing our kiddos a positive, creative learning environment.
My kindergartners are creative learners and thinkers: they thrive through engaging, motivating opportunities.
They are curious learners and work hard to develop problem-solving and collaboration skills, in their everyday activities. Working in teams and partnerships, our students are building social skills and not only learning how to work with others, but are academically learning from each other. Working at a STEM certified school, our students are using hands-on learning to build experiences that will prepare them for the future.
My students need sturdy, wireless headphones to use during the school day. With using headphones with wires, we spend a large part of the afternoon digging the ends of headphones out of the iPad jack.
These wireless headphones would allow my students uninterrupted learning time.
Enhancing listening skills are an essential part of learning in Kindergarten. We work on listening skills by having a listening center, following directions on an iPad, and other activities. Without the proper headphones, students have headphones that are either too large for their heads and slip off or do not fit in their ears. With this distraction, students cannot focus on what they are suppose to be listening to or learning. My students deserve the best tools that are available to help them learn. I am excited for my students to use these headphones in our classroom.
