My Students
My students are full of life and always eager to learn. They strive everyday to become a better student then what they were the day before. They challenge one another, and also challenge me to be a better educator. They are always striving to be the best that they can be.
Over half of our students are on free or reduced lunch.
With many students facing difficulties outside of school, they never let that get in the way. We are a family in our class, and it is always a joy to watch them learn.
My Project
My classrooms has recently become one to one with iPads. We are trying to utilize technology in the most effective ways that we can. As an educator, I am learning new ways to implement technology everyday.
As early learners, we focus a lot on fine motor skills and handwriting.
With these stylus, that have the shape of a pencil, we will be able to do handwriting skills on our iPads. I will be able to take things that we do in class on paper, and turn them digital. We will be able to post more to our digital portfolios, which allows parents to see what their child is doing in the classroom. I really believe these stylus will help us utilize technology even more in our classroom!
