My Students

We are a small Texas 3A band that is getting stronger every year.

My band kids are the heart and soul of the band program.

I am constantly amazed at their level of commitment. They just make me want to give more. This band is family and the band hall is our safe place. I want to provide whatever is needed to raise our level of performance and instill pride in our band!

My Project

How wonderful it would be to not have to conduct marching band rehearsal from the back of my truck bed. The ability to get to a higher level would make our marching rehearsals so much more productive. We are requesting a drum major podium.

Our old tower actually "ate" my drum major last year when it collapsed.

So needless to say, we need a much safer podium. This new tower would also help give our marching band a more professional appearance. Our old one is much smaller and very worn out, thus the reason it is not as safe.
