My second grade class has 32 students in it. My students are eager to learn, enjoy school, and are motivated to succeed. They love to use their imagination and grow as learners. We are a large school with over 1,000 students. We are a Title I school and all of the students in my school receive free breakfast and lunch.
Many of the students in my school are English as a second language learners.
We have many different languages spoken in my school. My students come to school with big smiles and are ready to learn and achieve great things!
My Project
Help my class be able to print in color. We are in need of a color printer so that we can print handouts and our work in color. This will help my students clearly see different pictures when learning about science and social studies. It will also help make handouts for math and reading and writing. We can also publish our work so that it looks nice and can be shared with others. In addition the printer can scan work to be shared with the class on our board. This will be helpful as it will be more difficult this year to work with a partner.
