Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Have you ever heard of a quiet preschool classroom? My class is the opposite of being quiet. My students live in a low income area in the city. Our students are always ready to learn and help others. Many of our students depend on our school lunches and snacks for daily meals. We love to host fund raisers and collect donations for our families. We know they try to do their best, and with our help, we can help their children succeed.
My Project
I would like to help make memories for years to last. I would like to do a end of the year project with my students. I would like each of my student to have a tee shirt with their friends names hand written on them. I would use the heat vinyl iron on to put the words Ms Chin's class of 2017-2018. This is a great project to practice their names and also to keep for years to come. We tend to forget the friendships we made in class so having each students write their name on each others tee shirts will be a fun and exciting project. Please help me make my end of the year project complete.
