My Students

My students are 3 and 4 year-olds from low-income families. Many of them live in apartments and do not get much time outside. They travel to our school on a bus. They spend most of their day with us. Some of them do not have the main things they need. Many of them are from single-parent households. Many do not have a working parent, and many have siblings. They love to be hugged and appreciated. They love school. I try to give them the best education I can with learning, laughter, and lots of love.

My Project

Our art center is lacking the basic art supplies to help us create and become great artist. We would use the stamp pads with stamps of the alphabet to learn how to spell words on our own.

By helping us to get paint sticks and paint pens we could create beautiful pictures with many colors on our easel and on the art table.

The dot painters would help us to make many pictures including our own creations and the letters of the alphabet. The splash mat would help with an easy clean up.
