Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are excited to learn! We need to have the resources to make sure that we are able to learn like many other schools and towns around us. We are a high poverty area in Northern Illinois. My class is very high energy and it takes a lot to get them interested in a subject. Once they get interested, they want to know as much as they can about the subject as possible. My students are also extremely hard workers. They want to do as much as they can throughout the day so they need to have resources available to them.
My Project
My students love to create things using technology. They are excited to be working, but they want to be able to see the final product like they made it. Students want to be able to see their work the way that they created it in color!
This project will allow my students to be able to see their work in color the way that they want to.
They will be able to be creative and show off their creativity in the way that they meant for it to be. While a printer may seem like something that is not needed I would like to be able to give my students the gift of color in their work in order to keep up their effort.
