Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Most of the students in my class receive free lunch because they come from low income families.
I service students who are learning disabled and have special needs.
All of them are reluctant struggling disabled readers that require more motivation than regular students. Our parental involvement is plentiful but unfortunately most of the parents would be unable to buy their children these materials. I don't think that this should deter my students from the wonderful experience of differentiated instruction that they long to have so this is why I am asking for your help. I know this will make a huge difference in their lives and we will truly be grateful for any help you can offer us.
My Project
Keeping my students healthy is essential to learning. These items will help them create healthy habits that will keep them more time in the classroom. I am asking for a small donation of items that will help replenish my students' needs. I know you can help us keep our most vulnerable population stay in school. Please consider donating to this cause.
Help us be in school!
Please consider donating to this cause. It is a small favor that will keep our children healthy and engaged in learning. Hand sanitizer, tissues, glue sticks, batteries, and velcro dots will keep us in the right track.
