Teachers give seemingly endlessly of their time, energy and most importantly their heart. Unfortunately, it is a struggle for teachers to provide additional resources and materials for their students.
My students have an incredible thirst for knowledge.
They love to experiment and try new things! The passion my students bring to our classroom is the drive to continue to provide them with new resources and materials to enhance their learning.
My students come from rural backgrounds and many times do not have the basic materials needed for a successful school day. As a second year teacher, many times my resources are spent providing the basic needs for my students. Because I must use my resources to purchase the necessities, I do not want my students to miss out on special learning experiences.
My Project
Please help us "hop" into learning! My students will use these number line learning sets and frog tools to help them visualize all kinds of math lessons including basic counting, addition and subtraction. The students love to use the frog counters to help them visualize "hopping" up and down the number line!
My students deserve new resources and materials to enhance their learning.
While I cannot provide them with the additional materials, I can give my students my time, energy, passion and heart!
