Help me give my students headphones for complete learning on technology during independent work and center work time.

To me, my students are my world! I am a first year teacher working at a Title I school. Our entire school receives free breakfast, lunch, and snack daily. My students may not come from a lot, but you would never know that. It doesn’t stop their imagination and dreams. My students come into class every morning with a smile on their face excited and eager to learn. No matter their home situation, or what they have gone through the night before, my students greet eachother every morning with a handshake, high-five, or hug to welcome one another. Our classroom is our happy and safe place. Each morning we spend our first half an hour working on our social and emotional skills. We have made huge gains in this area and are continuing to better ourselves each day.
We are truly one big family.
We push each other and hold each other accountable. My students have a burning desire to learn that is evident.
My kids voice that they are sad on Friday’s because that means that they don’t get to come to school for two days.
I am so thankful that I was chosen to be their teacher.
These headphones will allow technology time in my classroom to be a meaningful and quiet time that allows me to work on skills with students individually at my table, where they can actually focus on what is being taught to them. Right now, during small group instruction, my other students are working on a math or literacy skill on a chrome book where they need sound to be able to hear and learn from. However, since we currently have no headphones in our classroom, technology time is a noisy time where it is hard for anyone to focus on what they are working on.
My students will use these headphones daily during independent work and center work times.
We have ten chrome books in our classroom that we use each day to listen to stories, work on math skills and work on phonics skills. We need headphones to be able to hear what is being taught on these different websites and apps, as well as what is being taught when they are pulled to my table for small group instruction. Having headphones in our classroom will improve our classroom environment and it will allow other students in the room to concentrate on the task that they are working on.
