My Students

We are in a public K-5 school in a middle-class Midwest town of one hundred thousand people. Our school includes girls and boys in kindergarten through grade five. We have a wide range of interests and abilities within our first-grade classroom. The one thing we all have in common is our love of learning.

These incredible students are hardworking, ambitious, active, and eager group of boys and girls.

They each have their own unique personalities, strengths, and backgrounds, and we love being able to learn and grow from one another.

My Project

My students have headphones that are glitchy and often quit working throughout their learning experiences with iPads. These sturdy headphones will be beneficial for all lessons that we use on iPads, including math, reading, music, art, and many others.

For students that can't read all text, being able to hear and follow along as they read is incredibly valuable.

They learn so much when they can comprehend questions and read passages with ease and meaning.
