My Students

Welcome to the wonderful world of fourth grade science, where I am surrounded by curious minds daily. Fourth grade is the first year my student's are fully immersed within the science curriculum, and the excitement they have for the subject is overwhelming.

My students thrive with collaboration and organization.

In a classroom with a wide range abilities, one thing all my students have in common is an eagerness to engage in real world learning with their peers!

My Project

These resources will help create a functional environment used for small group collaboration. Materials will be readily available in an organized unit, and students will be making use of flexible seating.

Discussion, collaboration, and hands-on learning is vital, the resources we are hoping to gain will encourage and foster all the practices that can be seen on any given day within our classroom.

The space we are remaking is currently a makeshift combination of extra desks/chairs that do not match and are pieced together. A more functional and comforting area will help my students to feel safe and ready to learn!
