Help me give my students a big welcome to their new school by providing the social emotional tools needed while maintaining social distancing guidelines and providing calming packets for my virtual students.

My Students
My students are in a small therapeutic self-contained program that have many social and emotional needs ranging from self-regulation to effective social skills. Many of these students have experienced abuse and/or neglect, various traumatic situations, mental illness within the family, being raised in the absences of either one or both of their parents, and their own behavioral struggles that have impacted their ability to function without the use of increased supports. Because of how small our program is, we don't have much access to resources, especially now during special circumstances brought upon by COVID-19. Therefore, our goal is to bring the resources to our students.
My Project
My students are not only starting this school year under new circumstances, they are also starting at a new school building due to our program moving.
The supplies requested will allow students to have their individual coping skills boxes in order to meet social distance and sanitary guidelines.
The laminating machine will help with laminating our Social Emotional Bingo Sheets that were funded through our last Donors Choose project in order for us to be able to utilize them. If they aren't laminated, students won't be able to use this valuable resource. I also requested social emotional lessons to help assist the needs both through in person and virtual social work group sessions. Lastly, my virtual learning students would also benefit from relaxation packets to use from home.
