This year, I am teaching 3rd grade, and boy, am I a busy teacher! My students love interacting with each other and contributing towards our everyday activities.
Together we create a community of love and caring for one another.
We love that we are in person learning again and getting to know each other better.
Each student is helpful, creative, a thinker, and always striving hard to do their best. They enjoy being able to move around while doing an activity and talk about what they are doing in school or in life. In class, I try to feed off of those interests to create a learning environment that will be beneficial to them.
I hope to help them understand that they can do and be whatever they want as long as they are willing to try, work hard, and ask for help.
My students love using our tablets. We are able to read stories, play Osmo, and complete work on Classdojo but now we are running into a problem. In order to use the apps and programs we have, we have to download the items which is taking storage from the tablet and we have run out!
The five SD cards I have requested will allow my students to never have to worry about their favorite app not being on the tablet they are using.
It is disappointing for my students and myself when they are not able to do an activity because the tablet has just run out of room. I have had to uninstall or even delete programs and books in order to make room for the app we need. These SD cards will give us enough room to get all of our books and activities loaded back onto each tablet and give us room to grow. We always say learning is an expansion of our minds, please help us expand the minds of our tablets!
