My Students

Our school is a K-5 building located in a diverse college town. Our students come to school eager and excited to learn. They are creative, curious, problem solvers ready to take on any challenge!

We are focused on providing our 21st century learners with the tools needed to become the leaders of tomorrow.

My goal is to provide students with a memorable learning experience that encourages them to work together, problem solve and think critically. Breakout EDU boxes are one way to achieve this type of learning.

My Project

Breakout EDU boxes will allow my students to engage with curriculum in a new and exciting way. Working in teams, students will locate clues to solve an elaborate puzzle. BreakoutEdu uses a locked box, a wide variety of locks, invisible ink and UV flashlights to engage students in the learning as they work together to succeed in unlocking the box. It’s an escape room for the classroom!

Breakout EDU kit will allow my students to become better problem solvers, creative thinkers, and leaders.

This grant will provide hours of memorable learning experiences across multiple grade levels for many years to come!
