My Students

Do you remember what it was like as a child? I don't know about you, but for me if I needed something all I had to do was ask. For most of my students it is not like this.

My students are 4th graders who love to learn.

They are very hard workers. Unfortunately, they lack the kind of parental support to help them get some of the simplest things that they need in school. Things as simple as pencils. Out of a class of 20 students, it is not uncommon for at least 15 of them to not have a pencil.

My Project

I am requesting a pencil sharpener and pencils for my students. My students need pencils so that they can work through simple tasks in the classroom. They also need a pencil sharpener to allow them to sharpen the pencils. Without a sharpened pencil students can not do any written work, note taking, or process sheets for experiments.

The sky is the limit when students have a writing implement.

I want worrying about a pencil to be the last thing my students do. Please help them to be "SHARP" and support our classroom project.
