The students in my school are all hard workers and willing to learn. Students enjoy reading and learning about things in different ways, especially when working in small groups. They excel when they are learning in a fun and motivating way of using technology, especially using technology. The students in my school are grateful for any tools, books, and resources to help with learning. They are helpers, thinkers, learners, and creators. They want to be successful in everything that they do. These students are 21st century learners.
My Project
Many students love reading, but it is a challenge for them. Many of my students are struggling learners. They may excel in many areas but reading is a challenge for them. They want to read and be good at it, but sometimes their disability makes it a challenge.
Comic books and graphic novels are good ways to keep struggling readers interested and motivated to learn.
By having choices of books that are interesting to kids, it gives them the ability to be a successful reader. They will also be motivated to be good students and have good classroom learning experiences.
