Help me give my students a variety of color pencils to bring their work to life.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
As a social studies teacher in an urban, low-income public school, I am looking to engage my students in as many learning activities a possible. There are many hands-on activities that will befit the students and support the curriculum. This school year I will see close to 180 students a day.
My students are diverse, both in cultural backgrounds and life experiences.
This project will allow my students an opportunity to explore topics that they may not normally engage in.
Project-based learning involves drawings and creativity. Allowing creativity changes how the curriculum is delivered and organized. The projects students do allow the students to demonstrate their knowledge of the subject matter. Students get more excited about history when they actually experience some of its drama.
Getting colored pencils brings higher-order thinking to life.
My goal as a teacher is to increase their creativity and higher-order thinking whereby the students imagine, create, and design various aspects of history. The projects they create come to life when color is included. They currently use crayons, but colored pencils create a different effect.
