This is my 8th year teaching and my 5th year in kindergarten. I am at a title 1 school where over half of our students receive free and reduced meals. Many of my sweet five and six year olds are coming to school for the first time.
In my classroom we are very hands on and love to sing and dance our way through our lessons each day.
I love watching my kids get excited about learning and can't wait to bring back the things I will learn from this training into my classroom.
My Project
The Get Your Teach On conference is an AMAZING conference that is put on by teachers, FOR teachers! The cooperating team of teacher is an amazing group of experienced teachers from around the world collaborating and partnering together to change the face of education.
Attending this conference would be a HUGE DREAM come TRUE!
The teachers that are involved in putting this conference together have a love for children and teachers! They are experts at their crafts in the classroom. They are providing educators with hands on experiences that we can put straight into us in our classrooms, and boosting the energy and strengthening the passion for education like never before!I can't wait for the opportunity to attend and boost my love of teaching even more!
