This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a behavior specialist at a title-1, inner-city school and I service each grade here, pre-k through 5th grade. I help students in a variety of ways.

I often help students repair relationships through the peace path, help them with tools to regulate their emotions, and develop needed behaviors that most are not getting in their own homes.

Some of these behaviors are often not learned in the home due to circumstances beyond their control.

These books would be amazing teaching tools to help them learn how to treat others and themselves! Thank you for your support!
