This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are great! They have so much character and the desire to learn about US and World History, but there are many times we have videos to watch/assignments to complete on their Chromebooks and they are missing headphones. When it is time to take notes, they can't find their notebooks or pencils. When we go outside for recess (which is vital to learning) they don't have things to play with with their classmates. As a first year teacher, I have not been able to obtain all of these items yet. Funding this project will ensure they have all of these things so they can focus on learning.
